BOOKING POLICY

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS  JUNE 2024

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

DEPOSITS + PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit is required for ALL services. Your appointment is only secured once your deposit has been received and a confirmation notication is sent to you. Your remaining balance is due the day of your appointment service.

 

Deposits can be made via ZELLE  to booking@deedeemonet.com

  • $25 for services under $150.

  • 50% for services over $150.

Acceptable forms of payment are ZELLE or CASH.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS or CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! I DO NOT USE CASHAPP OR VENMO. 

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS

  • Should you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call within 48 hours of the reserved time. This will allow the opportunity to fill the vacancy with potential clients on the waiting list.

  • Unforeseen circumstances do occur.  If you need to cancel an existing appointment, your deposit can be credited to a new appointment made within 7 business days of its initial booking date.

  • Rescheduling after 7 business days will require a new deposit. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment will forfeit your deposit and prohibit you from future booking.

 

NOTE: A 50% discount  will be offered to the client in the event that an appointment is rescheduled, exceeding seven location business days  due to unforeseen circumstances of the stylist.

ARRIVAL + PARKING

Appointments are precisely scheduled, so please be on time. Your tardiness could possibly affect the appointments of other clients.

  • Space is limited. Additional guests are not allowed.

  • All appointments are given a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late with failure to communicate, your appointment is subject to cancellation.

  • Please be mindful of street signs, parking permits, parking limits etc.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Depending on the service you book,  your appointment time may be anywhere between 2 - 5 hours. Please plan accordingly.

  • Small snacks are available, however you are welcome to bring your own or order via food delivery app. 

  • Universal phone charger available.

  • If you are a remote worker, you can bring a small electronic device  (ie phone, tablet, laptop). Please make sure it is fully charged. The salon chair will move about during your appointment and your charging extension will be in the way. The final request is that you do not use your device while at the shampoo bowl or schedule your hair appointment and a work-related meeting at the same time. We want to be considerate of each other.

  • You may be scheduled with another client if your appointment requires a processing time that exceeds  45-mins. (This includes drying time for sew in extensions and color processing).
